Who will grow the best lettuce and the biggest radishes? Regular updates will be published here on our blog, so be sure to stop by often to check out our gardening challenge progress!
Today Room 7 began our "inside garden project." In groups of three we were given a plastic desk. In the bottom was placed a layer of shingle. We then added dirt and potting mix and mixed together. We then planted a lettuce and a row of radishes. These were then watered, brought inside and placed by the window. All we need now is the sun in the mornings and a good memory to make sure we water them everyday!
